10 am to 4 pm Saturday, October 1st


In this two-day workshop, you'll learn how to make croissants in the traditional French method, which takes two days (minimum) to get the flavor and structure just right! 


You'll also learn to make puff pastry, pastry cream, and go home from the workshop on Saturday with desserts made from the puff pastry and croissants to enjoy for dinner to breakfast the next day!  

Recipes are included, and you'll gain the experience and confidence to continue baking these at home.
