Viennoiserie—Croissants and Puff Pastry

September 30 to October 1, 2022

2-Day Workshop

5:30 to 9 pm Friday, September 30th

10 am to 4 pm Saturday, October 1st

In this workshop, you'll learn how to make croissants in the traditional French method, which takes two days to get the flavor and structure just right! 

We'll also have time to make puff pastry, you'll learn to make pastry cream, and go home from the workshop on Saturday with desserts made from the puff pastry and croissants to enjoy for dinner to breakfast the next day!  

 

You'll leave this workshop with the recipes and experience to continue baking these at home.

This workshop is being held at the club on Surette's Island.

Italian Cooking Workshop

4-5 Hours in Duration

Minimum of 6 Participants

In your own home kitchen, you'll cook up some delicious Italian classics. A couple of weeks before your workshop we'll coordinate a menu, choosing from a variety of:

• Italian Appetizers & Salads

• Main Course
• Handmade Pasta & Fillings
• Sauces
• Dessert

The workshop includes the cost of all ingredients, recipe printouts, and my travel within 20 km of Yarmouth, NS.
